Promontory Breaks Ground
Bayview Place’s newest building, Promontory, has broken ground. The ceremonies took place on January 30, 2012 at Bayview Place, Victoria. Focus Equities has partnered with Bosa Properties to build a 21-story high rise condominium tower which will redefine the skyline as Greater Victoria’s tallest building. The partnership has been very successful with 50% pre-sales prior to construction commencement. The success of this partnership gives great promise to Bosa Properties expanding into future development at Bayview Place.

The Parliament Buildings
For a spectacular site take a stroll to the grounds of the Victoria Government Parliament Buildings situated in Victoria’s inner harbor, less that a half an hours walk from Bayview Properties. The buildings look spectacular and grand during the day and as the sun sets, over 3,300 bulbs light up the buildings, casting a magical feeling upon its beholders.
Architect Francis Rattenbury constructed the buildings at just 25 years old in beginning in 1893 though not opening until 1915, the building now houses the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia.

Built by Francis Rattenbury, the hotel was designed as a terminus hotel for the Canadian Pacific’s steamship line. Bayview Sponsors Symphony Splash
Symphony Splash is the largest annual symphony event in North America, attracting up to 40,000 residents and visitors with children’s activities, local food vendors, and of course, live music. The unique setting for the performance is on a barge moored in Victoria’s Inner Harbour, in front of the picturesque Provincial Legislature.
The event appeals to audiences of all ages, with music including both classical and popular selections.
