Meadows Mile is located at the crossroads of Alberta’s busiest traffic routes; Blackfoot Trail and Heritage Drive.  With over 1 mile of exposure along Blackfoot Trail, Heritage Drive and Deerfoot Trail, Meadows Mile is an unrivalled location within the City of Calgary.

Vehicular access will occur via two signalized, all-turns intersections to the north at 79th Avenue and Heritage Drive and to the south at 85th Avenue and Blackfoot Trail.  An internal road connecting the two intersections will create efficient circulation through the site and allowing for a range of pad sizes from 0.9 to 8.0 acres.


A full geotechnical evaluation has been completed that confirms the stability of the slope and provides development guidelines for constructing the proposed development form.


In line with our tradition of ensuring the engineering design meets a high standard of excellence, each site has been serviced with adequate capacity to accommodate a variety of development typologies.


Meadows Mile is a Greenfield development site as recognized by Alberta Environment and is separate from the former industrial lands below. There are not any development restrictions on site.

With his baccalaureate degrees in mathematics, science, business, accounting and architecture, plus an MBA and 40 years of building construction, real estate development and investing, Mariash’s experience is key to the success of his large-scale projects.
